My name is Matilde and I am an Italian chef here in Melbourne.
I am very excited to be teaching the art of making pizza dough and show all very interesting and different combinations.
This is a 3 hour, step-by-step class where I will show you how to make my amazing pizza dough and then I will also guide into into the cooking process so that you will nail that once you go back home!
This class is suitable for vegetarians, please join us!
Together, we will make:
- Pizza Dough
- Pizza Marinara or Margherita
- Pizza Bianca w. Seasonal Vegetables and Confit Garlic
- Dessert Pizza that will make your jaw drop (will keep this a surprise!)
We will enjoy the pizzas as we bake them along with a good glass of wine!
